Terms and conditions
- Customer: anyone who intends to purchase the services offered by Top Sicily, which acts as an intermediary with carefully selected operators/suppliers in various sectors.
- Operator/supplier: natural or legal person who, as part of their business, has entered into a collaboration agreement with Top Sicily to offer their professional services to customers who book through Top Sicily.
- Mediator: Top Sicily.
Activities
Top Sicily provides professional services in the tourism sector that are not related to traditional and/or pre-packaged packages. Customers can purchase each service individually; for each request, the desired professionalism and/or service is made available. The customer and supplier will agree on a personalized program based on the customer's requests. The various services must be requested and purchased individually and not cumulatively.
How to book and use the services
Once the customer has selected the required service, they will proceed with the booking and payment (or: as soon as they receive confirmation of availability by email, they will proceed with the payment). Once the payment has been made, they will receive an email confirming the booking with detailed information (service, date, times, language, etc.) and the details (name and telephone number) of the operator who provided the availability. In compliance with privacy and data processing regulations, the customer's details (name and telephone number) will be provided to the aforementioned operator to enable contact for the purpose of organizing details and customizing the program.
Any extension of services in terms of time, beyond the purchased package, must be agreed directly with the operator and paid to the latter.
Payments and invoices
Payments are made exclusively through the Top Sicily portal; the total cost includes any taxes. Failure to pay will result in the booking request not being processed. Upon payment, the portal will automatically issue the relevant invoice to the purchaser.
Cancellation, cancellation procedures, refunds, and liability
In the event of cancellation of the reservation by the customer, regardless of the reasons, 100% of the amount will be refunded if the cancellation occurs within 10 days prior to the scheduled date of service, 50% between the 9th and 4th day prior, while no refund will be due if the cancellation occurs within 3 days prior to the scheduled date.

No compensation shall be payable for cancellation when the mediator proves that the lack of conformity is attributable to force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances; nor shall any compensation be payable when the mediator proves that the lack of conformity is attributable to the customer or to a third party unrelated to the provision of the service and is of an unforeseeable or unavoidable nature. In the event of cancellation by Top Sicily at any time, except in the cases described above, the full amount of the booking will be refunded. Under no circumstances will Top Sicily refund amounts exceeding the amount of the booking made by the customer.
To cancel any booking and receive any refunds, you must send an email to info@topsicily.com specifying the service purchased for which you are requesting cancellation. Top Sicily will proceed, within 7 days of receiving the request, to refund the amounts due in accordance with these regulations, except for any taxes and fees already paid.
Customer safety and protection
Top Sicily, acting as an intermediary, does not assume any responsibility for the safety and protection of customers, which is the sole responsibility of the operator identified to perform the service requested by the customer.
Customer obligations
- Compliance with these regulations.
- Proper use of services.
- Payment according to the methods and terms established by these regulations.
- Provide truthful and complete information.
- Compliance with the schedules and organizational procedures agreed upon with the individual operators provided by Top Sicily.
Top Sicily's obligations
- Provide clear and detailed information.
- Promote the quality and compliance of services offered by operators.
- Handle any complaints promptly and effectively.
- Comply with personal data protection regulations.
Competent court
The Court of Agrigento shall have jurisdiction over any disputes.
