Note 2: For tours focusing on scenic and/or natural features, the flight will be conducted in accordance with any restrictions in effect for the area to be flown over; if the flight includes a passenger weighing more than 100 kg, the maximum number of passengers allowed on the aircraft must be reduced by one (e.g., 7 seats = 6 passengers, 5 seats = 4 passengers). You must arrive at the departure location at least 20–30 minutes before the scheduled time; if you are more than 15 minutes late for the departure time, the tour will be considered completed and no refund will be issued. In the event of cancellation up to 48 hours before the scheduled departure time, no penalty will be applied unless the service was booked well in advance (15 days or more), in which case 75% of the amount will be retained. In the event of cancellation within the last 48 hours, only the tax amounts will be refunded.
