Note: in case of cancellation, if communicated up to 31 days before embarkation, there is no penalty; if communicated within 30 days before embarkation, there is no refund. In the event of adverse sea conditions, if communicated 36 hours before embarkation by the Port Authority or the skipper of the boat, we will propose to carry out the excursion on another date or proceed with a refund of 90% of the total amount. The program may be subject to change by the operator for reasons of force majeure (safety reasons, adverse weather or sea conditions, or other reasons not dependent on the operator).

Note: once the booking has been made, all the details of the operator identified for the requested service/package will be communicated.
